  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or sale items may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
